About Jeroen Smits

Jeroen Smits is a partner in Stibbe’s Amsterdam tax practice group. He specialises in Dutch domestic and international taxation, with a focus on M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions. In addition, he is part of Stibbe’s investment management practice and advises on the Dutch tax aspects of fund structuring. Jeroen is a member of the Dutch Bar Association, the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers and the International Fiscal Association.
