About Linde Respen

Linde Respen is a junior associate at Stibbe and specialises in domestic and international tax law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate reorganisations. She advises a wide range of clients, including private, listed and multinational companies, on a broad range of complex cross-border tax matters, including tax controversy, value added tax and wage tax matters. Linde studied both Dutch Tax Law and Dutch Criminal Law at Leiden University. She also completed the post-master Indirect Tax at the Erasmus University Rotterdam (Erasmus Fiscal Studies), for which she wrote a thesis on VAT fraud.
