About Linde Respen

Linde Respen is an associate at Stibbe and specialises in international tax law, with a particular focus on private equity transactions, debt restructurings and corporate reorganisations. She advises a wide range of clients on a broad range of complex cross-border tax matters, including tax controversy and value added tax matters. Linde studied both Dutch Tax Law and Dutch Criminal Law at Leiden University. She also completed the post-masters programme in indirect tax at the Erasmus University Rotterdam (Erasmus Fiscal Studies), for which she wrote a thesis on VAT fraud.
