About Manon Cremers

Manon Cremers specialises in corporate law, particularly in relation to corporate governance, M&A, capital markets and other matters of corporate law for national and international (listed) clients. Her work includes the incorporation of companies, partnerships, co-operative associations and foundations, corporate acquisitions and disposals, (cross-border) mergers and demergers, security rights (pledge and mortgage), and listings and delistings. Manon studied law at the VU University Amsterdam and at the University of Victoria, British Colombia, Canada. She is a former member of the Advisory Committee for the NCR Cooperative Corporate Governance Code, and frequently publishes articles in the areas of corporate law. She is editor of two legal journals on corporate law and on financial reporting, and also lectures regularly, currently teaching M&A (section: joint ventures) at Grotius Academy.
