About Manuel Lokin

Manuel Lokin is a lawyer in the litigation and arbitration practice group at Stibbe. He is a Professor of Corporate Law, co-director of the Utrecht Centre for Accountability and Liability Law (UCALL) and an attorney. Manuel advises a wide range of clients, with a special focus on complex corporate law disputes concerning corporate governance, shareholder disputes, directors' liability and class action claims. He also regularly advises clients on executive compensation and litigation against former directors. In 2018, Manuel wrote his PhD thesis on “The remuneration of directors of listed companies”.
