Michael Molenaars
is head of Stibbe’s tax practice group. His specialisms include domestic and international taxation, with an emphasis on M&A and private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and investment fund structures. Michael guides large multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity firms through every stage of technically complex issues, including contentious issues. He is also a frequent speaker on international tax issues and has co-authored several books and articles on international taxation.
