About Roderik Vrolijk

Roderik Vrolijk is a partner in the finance regulatory practice at Stibbe. His expertise includes advising clients on market access queries, licence applications, product launches, and their dealings with the Dutch and European financial regulators. He is an active member of the Dutch Association for Securities Law, and is chief editor of the Dutch Financial Law Review. Furthermore, Roderik teaches on fintech as part of the postgraduate specialisation programme of the Grotius Academy, and on the Digital Operational Resilience Act as part of the University of Amsterdam’s Banking & Insurance postgraduate programme.
