Martijn van der Vliet is a partner at BarentsKrans and leads the firm’s Banking and Finance team. With almost two decades of experience, he advises lenders, borrowers and alternative finance providers on complex financing and restructuring matters. His practice covers national and international leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate and project finance, securitisations and receivables transactions, supported by in-depth expertise in security rights and financing structures. Before joining BarentsKrans in 2024, Martijn worked at NautaDutilh, Houthoff, Baker McKenzie and Buren Legal, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
