About David Rintoul

David Rintoul was promoted to senior counsel at Slaughter and May in 2023. He has developed an excellent reputation advising on Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal claims (including complex discrimination claims and industrial relations matters) and high-value breach of contract claims in the High Court. David has a wealth of experience navigating sensitive employment law issues, often involving elements of crisis management – such as board-level hires and exits, workplace investigations, and union recognition issues. On transactional matters, he has advised on the employment aspects of complex M&A for some of the largest global companies. David is a member of ELA’s Training Committee.
