About David Thomas

David Thomas is a securitisation and asset-backed finance specialist, and advises a range of originator and bank clients on public and private deals, forward flows and more unusual structures. He is knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and market norms, and has worked on a number of STS deals. David has experience of acting as drafting and transaction counsel on public securitisations, and of acting for both bank and non-bank originators. He also advises on securitisation swaps and similar hedging arrangements. David is one of the Slaughter and May's key points of contact with AFME, ICMA and ISDA.
