leads Slaughter and May’s employment team. His advisory work focuses on the conduct, appointment and termination of senior executives, the corporate governance aspects of executive remuneration, and sensitive issues involving whistle-blowing, investigations and terminations of other employees in difficult circumstances. Phil also specialises in the employment aspects of M&A transactions, including public takeovers and TUPE and other employment issues, such as those relating to outsourcings and other commercial contracts.
