About Phil Linnard

Phil Linnard leads Slaughter and May’s employment team and has built a strong employment and incentives practice. His advisory work focuses on the conduct, appointment and termination of senior executives, the corporate governance aspects of executive remuneration, and sensitive issues involving whistle-blowing, investigations and terminations of other employees in difficult circumstances. Phil also specialises in the employment aspects of M&A transactions including public takeovers, and TUPE and other employment issues, including relating to outsourcings and other commercial contracts. Phil is an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and of the Corporate and Regulatory Committee of Share Plan Lawyers (SPL).
