About Philippa O’Malley

Philippa O’Malley was promoted to partner at Slaughter and May in 2023, and brings to its employment team an unrivalled depth of employment advisory experience. She has worked with some of the world’s largest corporates on their knottiest employment issues. Philippa has a particular interest in diversity and inclusion in the workplace and has advised numerous clients on issues surrounding workplace culture. She also has significant experience across the full spectrum of employment advisory, transactional and litigation matters, with deep knowledge of public M&A, contentious matters and highly sensitive investigations. Philippa is a member of ELA’s Pastoral Committee and an active member of SPL.
