About Illia Antonov

Illia Antonov is an attorney at law at PRK Partners focusing on corporate law, M&A, banking and finance, with niche expertise in sanctions law. He has wide experience with anti-money laundering and international sanctions regulations, on which he frequently lectures. His pro bono work includes legal and educational support of non-governmental organisations and migration advice; he speaks frequently on East European countries. Joining PRK Partners as a legal student in 2013, he earned a master’s degree from Charles University in 2015 and was admitted to the Czech Bar Association in 2018.
