About Radka Rutar

Radka Rutar is an attorney specialising in litigation and arbitration proceedings, execution proceedings, insolvency, inheritance, conciliation and mediation proceedings. She obtained a Master’s degree (Mgr) from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2007. As part of her studies, she underwent a one-year research fellowship at the University of Münster (WWU) in Germany. Radka joined PRK Partners in 2009, and was admitted to the Czech Bar Association as an attorney at law in 2012. Radka has garnered substantial experience in consumer law, litigation proceedings before the financial arbitrator, debt management and debt collection.
