About Gina Dimitropoulou

Gina Dimitropoulou focuses on corporate and commercial law at Zepos & Yannopoulos. She advises multinational and domestic corporations on structuring their business in Greece, and handles day-to-day and general corporate matters, such as company set-ups and transformations, share deals and transfers of business, corporate governance, corporate advice and support, AML and general compliance. Gina also covers commercial agreements and arrangements such as agency, distribution and commercial leases. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2019 and joined the firm the same year. Gina is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
