About Daphne Cozonis

Daphne Cozonis is a partner who heads the banking, finance and capital markets tax practice and also focuses on corporate and international taxation as well as M&A. She has advised on domestic structuring and implementation for several international M&A transactions and has extensive experience in advising multi-national clients on corporate finance, corporate restructurings and specialised corporate taxation matters, also advising on securities and derivatives taxation. Daphne, who has an LLM degree in corporate law from New York University, has been a speaker on tax rulings as state aid at the second Scientific Conference on Competition Law and a member of the panel ‘Who Says There’s No Place Like Home? – The joys and discontents of redomiciling’ at the International Bar Association’s 33rd International Financial Law Conference in Athens in 2016.
