About Diana Tsourapa

Diana Tsourapa is a partner at Zepos & Yannopoulos and specialises in corporate and international taxation. She covers a variety of tax matters, ranging from structuring investments and financing to negotiating tax clauses in M&A projects and dealing with specialised tax issues for different industry sectors. Diana also focuses on tax litigation, and has extensive experience handling tax audits in various tax matters such as income tax, transfer pricing, VAT, stamp duty and real estate taxes. She works closely with clients to determine the appropriate line of defence and represents them before tax authorities and courts of all instances, including the Supreme Administrative Court. Diana is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
