About Diana Tsourapa

Diana Tsourapa is a partner at Zepos & Yannopoulos and specialises in corporate and international taxation. She supports clients in a multitude of tax aspects, ranging from structuring investments and financing to negotiating tax clauses in M&A projects and dealing with specialised tax matters in different industry sectors. Diana also focuses on tax controversy and litigation and she has extensive experience handling tax audits of multinational companies in different tax matters such as income tax, transfer pricing, VAT, stamp duty and real estate taxes. She works closely with clients in order to determine the appropriate line of defence and represents them before tax authorities and courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court.
