About Dimitris Babiniotis

Dimitris Babiniotis heads Zepos & Yannopoulos dispute resolution practice. Dimitris has acted as lead counsel representing clients across the industry in complex court litigation covering the whole range of civil, commercial and corporate disputes, both domestic and international. He is an expert in appellate proceedings and Supreme Court litigation, having published extensively in those fields. Same holds true for arbitration-related litigation. His practice encompasses disputes in all key industry sectors – namely, construction and infrastructure, energy and financial services. Dimitris is an associate professor at Democritus University of Thrace Law School, where he teaches civil procedure and arbitration. Dimitris is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court.
