is a senior associate with experience in corporate taxation, international and European taxation, taxation of M&A, and real estate taxation. Before joining the firm, she was employed in the taxation unit of the EC, where she was involved in Greek, Cypriot and German infringement cases. Eleanna focuses on real estate taxation and cross-border corporate taxation, and she is also a member of the team advising on tax structuring for the establishment, operation and restructuring of companies in Greece. She has an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation and an LLM degree in banking and civil law from the University of Athens.
