About Elena Papachristou

Elena Papachristou is a partner in Zepos & Yannopoulos’ finance and capital markets group and focuses on banking and capital markets regulation, funds and corporate governance. She has acted for international and domestic corporate and financial institutions on initial and secondary public offerings and takeover bids. She regularly advises international financial institutions and funds houses on foreign funds and, in general, the provision of banking, investment and payment services and the trading of derivatives and off-exchange transactions. Elena also assists international and domestic financial institutions in handling investigations and disputes with the capital markets and banking authorities, and represents clients in securities high-value civil litigation disputes.
