is an associate who practises in corporate tax law, advising on both national and international tax matters. She focuses on transfer pricing as well as direct tax aspects of shareholding structurings and M&A, and has experience in tax dispute resolution. Before joining the firm, Elina was employed in DG TAXUD of the European Commission, where she was engaged in infringement cases with regards to direct taxation in various EU Member States. She has an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation and a joint LLM degree in specialised public law from the University of Athens and the University of Bordeaux.
