About Elina Belouli

Elina Belouli is a senior associate at Zepos & Yannopoulos, where she focuses on transfer pricing, business restructurings and corporate international tax. She frequently advises on compliance matters with regard to transfer pricing requirements and assists clients in addressing transfer pricing issues in Greece. Elina is experienced in the elaboration and implementation of business restructurings involving domestic and international clients alike. Before joining the firm, Elina was employed by the EC Directorate-General for Taxation and Customs Union (DG TAXUD), where she participated in infringement cases concerning direct taxation in Greece, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Portugal and the UK.
