About Sofia Tzianoumi

Sofia Tzianoumi focuses on corporate & commercial law, M&A transactions and regulatory law at Zepos & Yannopoulos, and serves clients in the non-profit sector. She advises domestic and multinational clients on corporate and commercial matters, including company formation, business restructurings, and share and business transfer deals. Sofia also advises international entities operating in various industries on compliance with the domestic regulatory framework, and applicable licensing requirements. She has handled numerous projects in tourism and leisure, advising international clients with industry-specific regulatory issues, as well as investors in the hospitality sector. Sofia was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2014 and joined the firm in 2018. She is admitted to the Court of Appeals.
