About Stefanos Charaktiniotis

Stefanos Charaktiniotis heads Zepos & Yannopoulos’s M&A and project development practice. He has extensive experience in M&A, cross-border corporate transactional work, corporate restructuring and financing projects. He is also engaged in carrying out legal due diligence, as well as drafting and negotiating share purchase and ancillary agreements. Stefanos also acts for technology companies, their investors and management on M&A and other corporate transactions. He has experience in antitrust practice, advising businesses operating in Greece on their compliance with antitrust specifications of antitrust law. He is admitted before the Supreme Court. Stefanos is a member of the firm’s executive committee.
