Dimitris Emvalomenos (LLM, QMUL; LLB, Athens), lawyer and accredited mediator (Greece and the UK), has practised since 1987 and his key areas of focus are commercial law, product liability/safety, consumer law, competition law, network contracts, M&A, and ADR/mediation. Dimitris is a member of various professional associations, such as Piraeus Bar; The Greek Commercial Lawyers’ Association; The Competition Law Partnership; The Greek Association for Arbitration; The Greek Association of Law and Economics; The Hellenic Association for Financial Law; The European Justice Forum; DRI Europe; CEDR Exchange Network; The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; The Swiss Chinese Law Association; The Athens Mediation and Arbitration Organization (EODID); The Hellenic Union of Mediators (EED); and The Greek Mediators’ Association (SEDI).
