Fotis Kotsis is a partner at Moratis Passas Law Firm. With 19 years of experience in banking and finance, he advises major financial institutions and corporate clients. Fotis specialises in dispute resolution, arbitration/mediation, consumer and corporate lending, financial instruments, leasing, and credit facilities’ restructuring and insurance contracts. He defends credit institutions and insurance companies on liability issues arising from their retail activities such as the validity of terms and conditions in insurance contracts.
