Dimitris Kalyvas is a counsel at Koutalidis Law Firm with more than 14 years of experience, active on a broad range of banking and finance transactions (including project finance and restructuring) and in capital markets cases. Among the rising stars of the KLF team with solid expertise and wide recognition in the market, Dimitris regularly advises banks and corporations on a wide range of Greek and cross-border financing transactions, focusing primarily on project finance and, in particular, on energy financing and most lately on Recovery and Resilience Facility loans.
