About Kathrin Binder

Kathrin Binder is a partner at Schurti Partners Attorneys at Law. She is a dual-qualified litigator (Austria and Liechtenstein) and an insolvency practitioner. Involved in numerous high-value civil law disputes, she equally represents entities and individuals before Liechtenstein courts, as well as before arbitral tribunals. She is a member of the Liechtenstein Bar Association, the Vienna Bar Association, the Interdisciplinary Association of Comparative and Private International Law, the Liechtenstein Arbitration Association and the Austrian Arbitration Association. As a former Assistant Professor, Ms Binder taught European and Austrian civil procedure law at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Due to her academic background, she is the author of numerous publications on dispute resolution.
