About Kathrin Binder

Kathrin Binder is a dual-qualified litigator (Austria and Liechtenstein), as well as an insolvency practitioner at Schurti Partners Attorneys at Law. She is involved in numerous high-value civil law disputes. She equally represents entities and individuals before Liechtenstein courts, as well as before arbitral tribunals. Ms Binder is a member of the Vienna Bar Association, the Liechtenstein Bar Association, the Interdisciplinary Association of Comparative and Private International Law (IACPIL), the Liechtenstein Arbitration Association (LIS) and the Austrian Arbitration Association (ArbAut). As a former Assistant Professor, Ms Binder taught European and Austrian civil procedure law at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. She is the author of numerous publications on dispute resolution.
