is a rising litigator admitted to the Austrian Bar and has recently joined the firm's dispute resolution team as Registered European Lawyer in Liechtenstein. She is a member of the Vienna Bar Association, the Liechtenstein Bar Association, the Interdisciplinary Association of Comparative and Private International Law (IACPIL), the Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (YAAP) and the Austrian Arbitration Association (ArbAut). As a former Assistant Professor Kathrin taught European and Austrian civil procedure law at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Due to her academic background, she is the author of numerous publications on dispute resolution.
