About Kathrin Binder

Kathrin Binder is a litigator as well as an insolvency practitioner at Schurti Partners Attorneys at Law, admitted to the Austrian Bar, and is a member of the firm’s dispute resolution team as a registered European lawyer in Liechtenstein. She is a member of the Vienna Bar Association, the Liechtenstein Bar Association, the Interdisciplinary Association of Comparative and Private International Law (IACPIL), and the Austrian Arbitration Association (ArbAut). As a former assistant professor, Ms Binder taught European and Austrian civil procedure law at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Due to her academic background, she is the author of numerous publications on dispute resolution.
