About Elin Moen

Elin Moen has extensive experience in handling complex competition law matters both in Norway and internationally. Elin advises on all areas of competition law, including antitrust, competition litigation and merger control. Before rejoining BAHR, Elin served as in-house counsel for an international media and technology group. Elin has also previously served as a member of the Norwegian Competition Appeals Tribunal. In addition to competition law, Elin has significant experience advising on IP-related matters, patent litigation and regulatory issues in the life sciences field.
