About Kristine Hjertenæs

Kristine Hjertenæs is a managing associate with BAHR’s banking and finance group, advising both lenders and borrowers on bank and bond financings and restructurings. In recent years, she has played a key role in some of the most complex and multi-jurisdictional financial restructurings and new debt financings, covering a variety of sectors, including renewable energy, marine seismic, oil service, shipping and offshore, transportation, retail and restaurant/franchising.
