About Jan B. Jansen

Jan B. Jansen is a partner in BAHR’s dispute resolution and tax groups. Jan specialises in tax, energy and insurance disputes. He has also worked closely with the oil and energy sector since 1986 and has acted for his clients in many capacities, such as advisor on regulatory matters and transactions and as counsel in litigation. Jan has represented most of the large E&P companies in tax litigation and was admitted to the Supreme Court in 1997. He has since pleaded numerous landmark cases, including many of the most notable tax cases.
