About Julian Davidsen

Julian Davidsen is a senior associate in BAHR’s tax team. His practice covers a wide range of areas, including tax disputes, tax structuring and general tax counselling. Julian offers particular expertise related to the Norwegian special tax regimes for petroleum, aquaculture and energy, including domestic and cross-border transfer pricing issues. Julian also regularly assists large corporations with other international tax matters as well as M&A structuring. In addition, Julian advises UHNWIs and their family offices on tax and structural issues. Julian is a board member of the Norwegian branch of the Young International Fiscal Association.
