About Sebastian Seeger

Sebastian Seeger is a managing associate in BAHR’s asset management and private equity group. He has a broad range of experience enabling both, asset managers and institutional investors to navigate complex regulatory requirements throughout the full life cycle of their investment funds, including fund structuring, fundraising, negotiations, transactions, and governance and compliance-related matters – particularly in relation to private equity, technology and ESG/impact strategies. With a strong background in EU law, Sebastian supports Norwegian clients in global transactions, as well as foreign businesses on successfully operating in the Norwegian market.
