About Per Aksel Hammer Krog

Per Aksel Hammer Krog is a partner of BAHR’s energy practice group. His main focus areas are projects and M&A in renewable energy and green industries, and he assists clients throughout all project and transaction phases. Per Aksel has broad experience in the establishment of new businesses and joint ventures (JVs), with a particular focus on JVs in the area of energy transition – these include on and offshore wind, biogas, green and blue hydrogen, data centres and carbon capture and storage JVs. Per Aksel has also broad experience within oil and gas and field development projects on the NCS. Per Aksel is one of the leading lawyers in Norway in the offshore wind sector, working as legal project counsel for Norway’s first large-scale offshore wind development project (SN II).
