Ellen Teresa Heyerdahl
started her career in Thommessen in 2011, and became partner in 2015. Ellen heads Thommessen’s banking and finance practice. She has extensive experience in advising on financing transactions within a number of sectors. Ellen assists domestic and foreign lenders, borrowers and arrangers with bilateral and syndicated facilities, bond loans and debt programmes. Her main focus is on asset finance (ship finance and aircraft financing), as well as project and acquisition financing. Ellen is also a member of Thommessen’s restructuring team.
