About Kristine Hyldmo Bjørnvik

Kristine Hyldmo Bjørnvik is a member of the board of Thommessen and heads the firm’s dispute resolution practice. She focuses on dispute resolution and contract law, eg, within construction and offshore fabrication. Kristine assists in all phases of a dispute, from early assessments and claim letters to settlement negotiations and legal proceedings. She has litigated a great number of disputes before the ordinary courts, as well as for national and international arbitral tribunals, and also has experience as an arbitrator. She has in-depth understanding of the offshore and onshore construction industry from several years as an in-house counsel.
