About Kristoffer Hegdahl

Kristoffer Hegdahl is a finance partner and heads Thommessen’s financial restructuring and insolvency practice. He has broad experience in a wide range of financial transactions, with particular emphasis on special situations, financially distressed scenarios, restructurings and workouts in various industry sectors. Working closely with lenders, borrowers, financial advisers and other stakeholders, he has been involved in many sizeable restructurings in Norway during recent years. Kristoffer is also the firm’s specialist in structured finance, repo transactions, securities lending and derivatives.
