About Jostein Opdahl-Jenssen

Jostein Opdahl-Jenssen is a managing associate at Thommessen. He assists Norwegian and international clients in all areas of employment law, and has particular experience in dispute resolution, whistle-blowing and investigation cases and employment-related data privacy matters, including accessing and monitoring employees' use of IT equipment. Jostein has recently assisted several large corporations with various matters in the growing field of personnel security, including dispute resolution before Norwegian courts and the Norwegian Anti-Discrimination Tribunal.
