About Nanette Arvesen

Nanette Arvesen works in litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution at Thommessen and is particularly focused on professional liability cases, disputes relating to corporate and securities law, and post M&A disputes. She is involved in and has litigated several major cases before the courts. Nanette is a co-author of the book “Norwegian Ordre Public” and was involved in a research project “Arbitration and Party Autonomy” at the Institute of Private Law, University of Oslo, from 2009–2015. Nanette also has a great deal of experience providing regular advice to clients on Norwegian corporate and securities laws.
