About Trond Hatland

Trond Hatland is a partner at Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS and dedicated to dispute resolution full time. Trond has litigated complex and high-profile cases at all levels of the national legal system, as well as in domestic and international arbitration. He has also litigated cases before the European Court of Human Rights. His fields of expertise comprise all aspects of commercial litigation, including IP rights, shareholding and valuation disputes, liability cases and insurance disputes. Trond advises businesses in the private and public sector and, for more than ten consecutive years, has been appointed as the attorney for the Disciplinary Board for Lawyers assembled by the Norwegian government.
