Øyvind Dehli
is specialist counsel at Thommessen and has extensive experience with bankruptcy, restructuring (in and out of court) and other insolvency-related matters. He has worked on several cross-border restructuring matters, and acted for both banks and companies in financial distress. He also acts as a court-appointed trustee of bankruptcy estates. Øyvind also has experience in respect of securities, enforcement, etc and acts for a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, in this respect.
