About Daniel Nyberg

Daniel Nyberg works extensively in asset management (private equity and venture capital) and transactions, and on tax, structuring and corporate law matters at Wikborg Rein. His asset management services include the establishment of funds and other investment structures for new and established management teams, structuring (relating to a management team’s internal structure, fund structures, co-investments and underlying bidco structures), and representing institutional investors in fundraising in European and US funds. His tax services include ongoing corporate tax matters, reorganisations, tax on shares and other financial instruments, share incentive plans for management/employees, exit taxation, double tax treaty considerations, withholding taxes, etc.
