About Elisabeth Roscher

Elisabeth Roscher is a partner at Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office and head of the firm’s ESG, Compliance and Crisis Management team. Elisabeth’s main areas of practice are corporate compliance systems, including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, international sanctions/trade control, responsible business conduct and human rights, private investigations and crisis management and criminal law, in particular, corporate criminal liability. Elisabeth was ranked the best compliance lawyer in Norway in the Norwegian Financial Daily’s annual lawyers survey in 2023. She is also ranked by Chambers Europe within the Compliance category. Elisabeth was previously a senior public prosecutor with the Norwegian National Authority for Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime.
