About Karoline Hoel

Karoline Hoel of Wikborg Rein assists Norwegian and international asset managers, investors and other industry stakeholders with a wide range of tasks. She has extensive experience in establishing new managers and funds across various asset classes, including PE/VC, fund of funds, real estate, private debt and hedge funds. She regularly assists investors with investments in and alongside funds (primaries, secondaries, co-investments, CVs) with assessments of main terms, negotiations, side letters, etc. Karoline also provides ongoing advice to managers, funds and portfolio companies in their daily operations, including in compliance, corporate law and governance, investment schemes, etc, and has led several PE M&A transactions across various sectors.
