Karoline Ulleland Hoel is a specialist counsel at Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office. She has broad experience in advising Norwegian and international asset managers and institutional investors with respect to all aspects of the establishment and operation of private funds, with a focus on, inter alia, private equity, including fund formations, transactions and ongoing governance and compliance-related matters. Hoel has advised on and led several private equity-related transactions and private fund investments.
