Ole Henrik Wille
is a partner at Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office and heads the firm’s corporate, finance and tax department. He primarily works on private and public mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. In recent years, he has led several major mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, both in Norway and abroad, advising major Nordic and international private equity clients, amongst others. He also has extensive experience and expertise in company law.
