About Lars Erik Steinkjer

Lars Erik Steinkjer is head of the Wikborg Rein's technology and digitalisation team and holds a PhD in patent law from the University of Bergen. He has considerable experience with all forms of legal assistance within IP and related areas, and in particular large complex IP and technology disputes. Steinkjer also works extensively with issues such as unfair competition, protection of trade secrets, and technology transfer agreements. He is currently vice-president of the Norwegian Association for the protection of Industrial Rights (NIR). He is also a member of the European Patent Lawyers Association (EPLAW).
