About Nora Bratheim
Nora Bratheim
is a senior associate at Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma AS’s Oslo office, where she specialises in IP law, including life sciences and pharma patent litigation. Nora has experience with conducting cases before the courts, the Norwegian Industrial Property Office and the Norwegian Board of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights. She is an editor of the European Patent Lawyers Association’s (EPLAW) patent blog and a co-author of a law commentary on the Norwegian Patent Act.
