About Sigurd Opedal

Sigurd Opedal is a partner at Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office and chairperson of the firm’s board. Mr Opedal heads the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and private equity team and has advised most Nordic and international private equity clients in Norway with acquisitions, divestments, investments, restructurings and public-to-private transactions and has extensive experience within the private equity industry.
