About Rolf Riisnæs

Rolf Riisnæs is an of counsel partner at Wikborg Rein, specialising in IT contracts, public procurement, data protection, information security, e-ID, electronic signatures, and data sharing. He is a recognised expert on the Government’s Standard Terms and Conditions for IT Procurement (SSA), having contributed to the 2015 revision and the 2021 SSA Cloud Agreement. Rolf earned his doctorate (Dr. juris) in 2006 with a thesis on digital certificates and certification services, focusing on PKI and electronic signatures.
